Loaned Representative Program
The Loaned Representative (LR) Program applies the principles of
Stephen Covey’s high-impact leadership model, The 8th Habit:
From
Effectiveness to Greatness and incorporates the Office of
Personnel Management-developed Executive Core Qualifications
necessary for entry into the Senior Executive Service and used
by many departments and agencies in selection, performance
management, and leadership development for management and
executive positions. LRs are rising stars in their agencies who
are loaned to the combined federal campaign for four months to
provide project management and team leadership to the campaign
and return to their agencies with newly gained skills and
competencies. The LR program gives federal employees an
opportunity for professional development while learning about
other federal agencies and contributing to their community.
